Joe is a lifelong entrepreneur and founded two successful internet companies before Contently. In 2012, Joe and his co-founders were named to Inc.’s 30 Under 30 list.

Shane Snow

Shane is the bestselling author of Smartcuts: The Breakthrough Power of Lateral Thinking. His writing has appeared in Wired and The New Yorker.

Dave Goldberg

Dave created the interfaces and algorithms that power much of Contently’s platform. He has over 10 years of experience solving tech problems in a range of industries.

Thu Phan Rodriguez

CRO

Thu is a global sales and strategy executive who has led complex company transformations and go-to-market initiatives. She supercharged new revenue streams at Time, Everyday Health and Xaxis by building relationships with Fortune 500 brands, with a focus in Finserv, Tech, Healthcare, Travel, and CPG.

Peter Blunnie

Head of Finance

Peter is a seasoned financial leader with FP&A, accounting, saas, technology expertise, leading teams at high-performing companies like Cheetahmail, Experian, and Velocity Technology Solutions. In his career, Peter has taken companies to the next level, implementing strategic financial planning, budgeting, and team building to create business predictability and support accelerated growth with great exit results.

Joe Lazauskas

Head of Marketing

Joe is the bestselling co-author of The Storytelling Edge. His research and reporting on the art and science of storytelling frequently appears in publications like Fast Company, AdWeek, and Gen. He leads Contently's content-driven marketing efforts.

Alli Manning

Head of Services

Alli has spent over a decade running editorial teams for international brands and publishing houses. At Contently, she's responsible for 100,000+ freelancers and the editors, strategists, and customer success people who support them.

Jessica Navarro

Head of People and Culture

Jessica has experience in marketing and technology ecosystems, recruitment world, and career development. She is passionate about creating a diverse and welcoming space for talents. Jessica leads all People Operations efforts including real-time solutions for today’s talent.

Cyrus Park

Head of Product

Cyrus is a creative thinker who loves working with our customers and creative network. He leads all of Contently’s Product efforts, crafts our product strategy, and is an avid fan of hot sauce.

James Conant

Head of Engineering

James is a thoughtful and pragmatic leader and engineer. He guides the strategic direction of Contently’s technology while contributing to the code on a daily basis. His priority is to help our team deliver a powerful and sustainable tech platform and consistently generate value for our customers.

Grace

Chief Canine Officer

Grace joined in 2015 as an entry-level dog, reporting into the greats like Lighthouse, Henri, and Ollie. After significant growth, Grace now proudly oversees a pack of six. A stickler for efficiency, Grace employs an “ABC” (Always Be Closing) methodology at lunch to ensure no food goes to waste.
