Two halves of how we contain AI.
Contently main platform → zero AI. AI Studio is a separate, opt-in product. AI never touches customer data without an explicitly signed agreement.
No AI in the main platform. None. By default.
The Contently platform you log into every day uses no AI. AI Studio is an entirely separate product on its own infrastructure. Customer data never reaches an AI model unless you've signed an agreement that explicitly enables it.
We don't train base models on customer content · We don't aggregate customer prompts across tenants · In AI Studio, brand-voice training is fine-tuned per customer, on customer data, scoped to that customer alone.
Customer content stays in the customer tenant.
For AI Studio customers: we don't train base models on customer content. We don't aggregate customer prompts across tenants. Brand-voice training runs in-tenant. Every generated draft passes a credentialed human before it leaves the platform.
