Twitter Loves Content-Centric Brands
Dick Costello, The CEO of Twitter announced that better brand pages are on the Twitter Horizon.
This is great news for content creators, as these pages will supposedly offer more customizable organization methods. Brands will no longer rely on the social media site’s chronological display, and instead will have more control over the viewing of their tweets.
He also mentioned the company will continue maintaining focus on its sponsored tweets, rather than e-commerce or other less publishing-centric approaches. “We’re not a media company. We’re in the media business.”
