Google Tools On The Horizon That You Should Be Using

Good Morning Everyone! 

So Google is making tons of new changes as usual, but there are a couple that you should know about that are floating around the content sphere. 

First of all, they are partnering with a number of publishers to use market surveys as a way for readers to reach the news. It basically creates a “survey wall,” which asks readers a question before they can move on to continue reading what they like. 

They also launched an initiative called “Why these ads,” which aims to bring transparency to ad targeting. This is pretty cool – Google’s ad advantage really is about their algorithms, so customers should appreciate their ads more if this works. 

Though not all of these are being received warmly – 10,000 people have already signed a petition to bring back the old Google Reader!
