Universities are Crushing Content Creation
So in yesterday’s Mashable Op Ed post titled The State of Media: Content at a Crossroads, we noticed an interesting sentiment.
”The creation of content is now an amalgam of skills that I worry most universities have no idea how to teach,” Ulanoff expressed.
But from where we stand, Universities themselves are crushing it with content creation. For University websites, content marketing is a delicate art and requires high quality digital content to maximize branding. Plus, there are a lot of interesting takeaways from how universities use social media, like their methods for targeting alumni and prospective students.
“When it comes down to it, you want to make sure that all of the constituents are getting the most relevant information for them,” explains Kate Brodock, the executive director of digital and social media at Syracuse University. Same here!
