Good Morning! 

Some of the big content guys are shaking things up.  Conde Nast is making TV and Film,  Amazon has a service that lets consumers manage their print subscriptions, and the Guardian is making their editorial content open to the public to see. 

But it’s not just them. An IBM study just revealed that Chief Marketing Officers are changing their agenda for interacting with customers.
