Leadership

  • Partner with the Leadership Team – Tech, Product, Talent, Services, Finance – and Executive to drive company vision and strategy
  • Refine Contently’s market positioning and competitive advantages, represent Contently as thought leader
  • Exceptional leadership, management and mentoring mindset in a high IQ and high EQ environment

Strategy

  • Champion sales vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company vision and strategy
  • Refine market and client segmentation to partner with the best clientele
  • Collaborate closely with other customer facing and marketing teams to align roadmap with customer needs and market intelligence
  • Commercialize new product offerings with a strong go-to-market value and stance
  • Ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term, game-changing initiatives

Management

  • Proven track record of growing careers of SDRs and sellers, mentoring other team members
  • Hands on sales manager training on sales strategies and tactics, enterprise approach, value & benefit proposition, objections & responses
  • Measure and analyze productivity and effectiveness to ensure sales team is successful and pivots as needed to drive sales results
  • Focus the sales team to achieve business objectives with ruthless prioritization

Sales Operations

  • Refine and track metrics and KPIs focusing on full sales pipe from inbound and outbound leads to renewals
  • Lead with market and data backed rational, aligning to Contently core value of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results
  • Strong approach to predictive projections and accurate forecasts
  • Determine budget trade-offs with a goal of continually improving repeatable, sustainable results
  • Collaborate with Services and Finance on smart and flexible packaging and value-based pricing
  • Experience with sales and organizational budgeting
